Worst service ever. Don't ever go here. They are understaff and the lady there, I believe she's the manager, is the worst. I hope she reads through these reviews and changes her and her staffs service. At least smile. Right when you go through the door, the people who work there sees you but doesn't greet you or say anything, seriously it's not even busy and you're not helping a customer, you see us but can't say anything. I honestly don't know why they have a tips jar.. If you can't do the simplest thing and most crucial thing about working, don't work.. The only reason I go there is because of the coupons I have that only this place a few others ones accept, and it's the closest place to where I live without wasting gas.

Holy shit...what is wrong with management here? EVERYTHING. They carry all the ice cream you would want from a Baskin Robbins fresh and ready. However, the excitement of being offered a sample off a pink spoon is missing and there is no joy in even walking away with the ice cream you decide on in hand due to rude staff and management. Heidi ("the manager") deems in necessary to just sit and text on her iPhone instead of looking up to serve you. Not to mention this place is DIRTY. Ew. Will. NOT. Be. Back.

Pistachio almond ice cream is the bestest!!!!! Go in and try every single flavor to we if they got angry and they didn't. Great service, very fast.

Purchased ice cream from Baskin Robins here in Ewa. Pretty pathetic servings. My kids single scoop was bigger then my one scoop sundae. I couldn't believe she actually served me that poor serving. The only reason I gave my review one star is because they exist out here in Ewa. Anyone who buys ice cream knows it's not exactly cheap for the family. Don't go. They skimp on the serving portions. Pretty pathetic.

Oh those hot Ewa days... Nice to have this place nearby where I can take my little clones after school and cool off! Nothing really to brag about other than I can indulge every once in a while of little ice cream. Customer service is decent, at least the say hi when you walk in, the store has strong AC, and it's not dirty. You have to time it right especially during the school year otherwise you'll be dealing with middle and high school children who very colorfully display their lack of public education and choice "adult" words. Unfortunately the security guard nor the employees of any of these establishments care much about it. My kids are very young so I come early or just wait until it's calmer. My favorite is the very berry strawberry. We've gotten some of their ice cream cakes on special occasions.

I've been going to this BR for upwards of ten years (since 6th grade) and I never had good customer service experiences until yesterday. For the first time, I had a girl who was eager to help me, always asked if I needed more, if her work (on the banana split) was good, smiled a lot, and THANKED ME at the end of the transaction. She even offered a Blast (her fave) when I ordered a drink they were out of. It showed that she cared about her work. I liked that. I'm only giving a 2 star because this is the ONLY time I've had such a good experience.

It's always busy here so be ready to stand in a line. Always worth the wait for Cotton Candy Ice cream :). But wish it was a little bigger to accommodate the amount of people in here especially at night. The workers are usually always willing to help depending on the time that you get here.

Baskin Robbins ice cream in Ewa is the same creamy goodness you'd find at any Baskin Robbins. What gives this one it's five stars is the great customer service. I live right up the street, and I'm usually here at least once a week. Every time I've come, I'm always greeted as I walk in the door and regardless of the length of the line, service is fast. I never see the employees just standing around while there's tables to be cleaned or items to stock. The place is always clean. It's also open later on the weekends for your last minute cravings. JP, one of the employees that usually helps me out, is always accommodating to my special requests. Him and Chloe are so nice and friendly. They were able to fulfill a last minute request for a birthday cake I needed. It looked awesome and my daughter loved it. I love ice cream and these guys make me look forward to grabbing ice cream here regularly. Thanks for the friendly service!

Yes, they are busy quite a bit, but the service is still pleasant. I have been in the store and been helped by ANGIE and she was very pleasant. I think Sashanna maybe needs to stop frequenting fast food restaurants since she seems to complain about them all. Also, ANGIE doesn't have very much hair, so how could she pull her hair behind her ear? Maybe you didn't want to be serviced by someone of "color" Hmmmmmmmm HAVE SEVERAL SEATS!

Location: Baskin Robins is located in the same shopping center as KFC and its next to a Domino's Pizza. There is decent parking but parking spaces are small. Flavors: There are so many flavors to choose from such as jamocha, cookies and cream, cheesecake and first class camouflage ice cream. I tried the first class camouflage ice cream for the first time and it was delicious. It was a mix of chocolate, caramel and cake batter ice cream. Sizes: The kid's size is a perfect portion size. I got a size small and it was slightly bigger than the kid's size. Price: The price is cheap for the kid's size. I spend a little over $6 for a kid's size and a small size. Bathroom: If you need to use the bathroom, you'll have to ask the staff for a key. The bathroom is located upstairs. Overall, I'm glad Ewa Beach has an ice cream shop. It's the only place to get your sweet treat in the area.

My friend and I wanted something cool & refreshing after eating some Chinese food so we came here to get some ice cream. I have to say that Baskin & Robbins have a great variety of flavors to choose from. I like that we can sample the flavor before putting in your order. Very clean & lots of seats for customers to enjoy their ice cream! Will be back for sure!

This place I normally praise cause I come here quite often but been on my diet so not so much anymore lolz...but came in after like I don't kno how long and there is a new worker there named ANGIE...and she is the worst...I understand all too well that when someone is new that they don't kno the menu yet and they make mistakes so I always take that into consideration...but when I cam earlier this week and had her she was just horrible...it started off to a good start she greeted me and asked what I wanted but then she asked to reconfirm what I wanted I told her and she had the nerve to touch her ear and pull back her hair with her hands and then try to continue to make my order..she didn't wash her hands or put gloves on or anything..so I then asked the other girl thank goodness there was another worker cause sometimes they work solo and so she made me another cause I told her what happened and this ANGIE person had the nerve to ask what was wrong in the rudest way...and kept starring me down the whole time I was there...made me feel super comfortable

The worker tonight: "so much for getting out on time!" Right in front of our faces. Lost my appetite after that. So rude and unprofessional.

OK. The place was nice and cool since Ewa Beach is so hot so I liked that. But, my two scoops cup was over 6 bucks. That's like 3 bucks a scoop, WOW! I don't remember it costing the much? Any-who, to make things worse, me and friend were the only ones in there, and the two employees kept staring at us as we ate. So uncomfortable, we couldn't enjoy ourselves. I most likely won't come here again.

Consistently good service and products. Been coming here couple times a month for last 10 years. Never an issue. Good, clean, nice family environment and if you get cold you can step outside in the nice hot humid Ewa climate and be instantly hot again. :-0 Military discounts and always new flavors to try. Enjoy!

I'm a big Baskin Robbins lover I just love their ice cream and their variety of flavors. I visited this location for the first time today and was surprised to see a sign on the front door that said "Discounts for Military", I mean about time right?. So I went ahead got my Yummy ice cream and walked away a happy costumer

This is the worst managed establishment that I have ever been to. Some of the workers are incredibly undertrained in customer service and job skills. Also, the worker, appearing to be a manager/supervisor brings her baby to work with her sometimes. Although I buy ice cream from this establishment a few times a month, this place needs new management. End of story.

Horrible customer service. After tasting a sample of ice cream from one side of the ice cream freezer, it seemed apparent that the freezer wasn't working properly and I asked the "kid" if all the ice cream was half melted and got a half ass answer of "yeah, sorry, ah." What kind of answer is that????? Who hires these teenage kids and trains them how to work with customers? Reluctantly, I ordered a flavor from the other side of the freezer, paid my overpriced $5 and went to take a bite and noticed it was just as sloppy in texture as the other ice cream on the side that wasn't working. All the employee could say was "Sorry, ah." How about, something along the lines, of I'll let my manager know about the issue/situation or SOMETHING. I can see if I was paying a buck for a soft serve cone from Mickey Dee's, but $5 for a big melted mess pissed the hell out of me and to get attitude from a snotty high school kid, reinforced my desire to take my business elsewhere in the future.

The manager here is horrible and if the owner had any kind of business sense they would find someone with basic customer service skills to run this store. Walked in and there were 2 customers a head of me. The manager was the only employee working. As I work in service I understand that the wait time would be longer but that is no problem. However, as she was helping the second customer the first one left leaving only myself and the 2nd customer she was currently helping. As she was finishing up with that customer a group of about 4 older adults walked in. As I stood there expecting her to naturally start helping me as I was CLEARLY the next customer in line she walks over to the other group who had just walked in and starts helping them! I have no idea what her motive was behind that as I was clearly the next customer, I honestly believe it is because she is a 40 year old (guessing her age) unattractive woman working at baskin robbins and with the risk of sounding vain I am a young attractive woman. I treat everyone with kindness and respect where ever I go and this woman clearly has issues as this is the second time I have been in there where she is just so unfriendly. No "Hello how can I help you?" There isn't even a "What can I get for you?" She barely utters out a hi to some of the customers and to me she just walks over and looks at me without saying anything waiting for me to order. If you are in Ewa go to the Baskin Robbins in Kunia, at least they say hi and greet you when you come up to order.

Someone ranked this place 5 stars. I tell you what. Only in Oahu would anyone ever, ever rate a Baskin-Robbins 5 stars. And that's partly because Oahu is probably one of the few places you will still find one a Baskin-Robbins.You have to be honest - B-R is clinging to its last breath as cheaper more creative local ice cream shops (which don't require sky-high mini mall overhead) continue to thrive. There is nothing original, unique, or noteworthy about this store. You can purchase any of these flavors for yourself at a grocery store, and you will get way more for your money, and not to mention you can enjoy it for several days. I stood in this store (by myself) at prime, after supper time, trying to figure out how in the world a business like this can sustain. It just doesn't make sense.

Last night, I finally got my Jamoca ice cream fix with boyfriend. Of course he didn't know until I ordered for us that I was getting the same flavor. Since he was thinking about getting the one scoop and I wanted the two scoops, I asked for three ( instagram.com/p/d3meLgnt… ). Lol, wrong idea! Especially if you don't have a jacket to keep you warm. Beforehand as we waited though, I think they were having some difficulties with the cash register because they were writing their receipts down with a pen. There was two of them and they were both working on the same thing. The other guy could have helped us with our order but he just waited until the other guy was done writing. So slow. Their chairs and tables are all bunched up together but luckily we got a table that was clean.

Horrible customer service! My husband and I walked in, the only people in the shop. The female employee didn't even look up or say anything. We ordered sundaes, and she was very short with us, to the point of being rude. There was another employee seemingly off duty, just leaning against the counter, having a conversation with her saying all sorts of negative things about the other people they work with. Negative vibes galore, will not be returning.

Not busy at all only one customer ahead of us. We were helped right away. My gf had a banana split and I a banana royale. Good service, orders were done right.

Came here during the day, and absolutely no one inside. We walked in & waited, and there was no workers on the floor THEN a lady walks in slowly (while on her phone), and sees us! But yet there's still NO urgency that's we are waiting there! No apology or anything. She just seemed like nothing happened. There isn't really any customer service here, but I still come here sometimes for ice cream.

Dear Baskie, In my initial review, I championed you and hailed your location & ambiance. I spoke highly of your crew, however, as of yesterday.... YOUR location has been demoted to ONE star because of the following: 1) attempting to charge me $10 over the price that was indicated on the price tag 2) giving a lame excuse that it was priced wrong AFTER I question why was it $42 instead of the $31.99 plus tax 3) all this technically equals a form of false advertising You lost my respect and service because your team member was not apologetic and did not care if they lost a sale. All this was poor customer service. I'll scream for ice cream at another location...toodles P.S. For almost the same price, I bought a gallon and a tub of ice cream with doubash cake and a case of ice water from Foodland

The service here is disgusting. Empty shop and the employees don't check up on their customers. Sloppy work with the milkshakes and offers mess to customers. They did not apologize at all and were rude the entire time.

Who doesn't like ice cream spots?! We come here almost daily, the kids can't get enough! There is a variety of flavors, duh...how else do you think they came up with the name? Some of the family favorites: Chocolate Chip Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cotton Candy Cookies and Creme Snickers The service can sometimes be a bit slow and not over the top friendly, but it's OK. They offer discount for military as well, so don't forget to mention it!

My bf bought me an ice cream cake for an early bday celebration and he requested to put a message on my cake. My bf had orally spelled my name out to the worker twice and the worker even confirmed it orally as well. When he showed the cake to us, it said "Happy Birthday Shelia". As you can see on my yelp profile, my name is Sheila, not Shelia. Anyway, I'm not that sour that he spelled my name wrong as others have spelled it wrong numerous times (fyi, my name is an exception to the rule "I before E except after C". Did we ask to change it? Of course not because although I was a little sour about it, I found it funny at the same time. The reason I gave it just two stars is the price. $20.99 for a small sheet of cake? Yes, I am aware that I didn't pay for the cake, but my goodness. Would I purchase a cake here ever again? Definitely not.

Again, a difficult review to write because I'm torn as to whether to judge this BR by its food or service. Of course the ice cream is wonderful! I get a little discouraged when they don't have Icing on the Cake :-/ Regardless, I've always thought BR had the best chocolate and cookie dough ice cream ever! And something about the whipped cream/cherry/fudge combination tastes amazing. The service can be spotty. The employees are always pretty young (high-school age I believe) so they don't seem to value good customer service like the rest of us would. They do have pretty good hours which I like because sometimes I eat a late dinner and want to finish it up with a good dessert. BR is right down the road from me so it doesn't take me long to get there even when I leave close to closing! I'll probably always come here because I love Baskin Robbins, regardless of the service I receive there.

Today, after eating lunch with my family we needed a sweet treat. Whoever that was working Sunday afternoons, know how to scoop a ice cream. Some Pallor's are very selfish to give the decent amount of scoop size ice cream. But today was beyond, it was a good service. Props to him, he did both cashier and service us. Btw we have about 20+ people in our party.

I am surprised by the negative reviews received by this Baskin-Robbin. We've frequented this locale many a time and have always had good service and yummy selections to choose from. I've ordered celebratory cakes from there and also specialty packs and it's always been up to par. While I love most types of ice cream, my most fave has to be from Baskin-Robbins. I am a huge fan of gold medal ribbon and mint chocolate chip of which I have to get both flavors at the same time! My daughter is more adventurous and tends to sway towards new and very sweet flavors. My hubby is also adventurous and enjoys flavors like cherries jubilee and coconut,

Hmmm I'm disappointed that my wife loves ice Cream so much that we go here often because is about a five min walk from home. This place is rather sad. The workers always seem mad that you're making them work and will often have one person working and one cleaning to ensure they can leave on time, even if there's slot of People there waiting. Last time we were there the worker who we have had many times didn't even know what topping was the Snickers. He asked me and I said that I didn't know and he ended up giving me Heath by mistake. Bah!! Also they couldn't do soft serve because he said he was the only one working and didn't have time to prepare it--- on a Saturday night!! If you have the option to go somewhere else or the time to buy a five gallon bucket of ice cream for the price of two scoops here I would reccomend that.

Been here a few times, usually friendly but find myself unsatisfied with selection. Plus am annoyed when a place advertises, on their wall, an item they don't actually serve :(. But quality of what I have tried was good.

My gosh Charlie D. is telling the truth. After hearing about the 31 cent ice cream scoop day I missed, i was wondering what kinda new flavors Baskin-Robbins had to offer. The place looks kinda dingy, and the worker was completely ignoring us while she cleaned the area, no hi, no smile whatsoever. I felt pretty off ordering ice cream from here. She looked mad that I was there at 8 at night trying to satisfy my ice cream needs. Aside from the crappy arse service, the only saving grace about this place was the ice cream. The something...Dulce le Leche was AWESOME!! It was so smooth and delicious and 50% less fat. The new flavor something that started with a T..it is a combination of Kona Coffee and Rice crispy thingies was pretty good too!

Baskin-Robbins in Ewa Beach is a location with probably the worst customer service in existence. If the employees there are unprofessional and rude, its truly the store managers fault. I have personally dealt with the store manager Heidi, and believe me, she has the worst manners and lacks professionalism in the biggest way. Long story short, My wife ordered and paid for a full sheet ice cream cake on a Monday for my son's birthday party on the following Sunday. They guaranteed the ice cream flavor and the white cake to fill our order. On Friday night at 9 pm a worker calls to tell my wife that they cannot fill my order with both the ice cream flavor and the white cake, which they don't even carry anymore. I told the employee that I will come in the next day to speak to the store manager. On Saturday I saw Heidi. I told her about the call and that I felt it was unacceptable to be contacted so late to change the order, and that I need her to fill it like promised. She treated me with no respect and basically was trying to blame me and her employees for what happened. I told her that she is the store manager and that she is responsible for all aspects of the store and that she needs to fix this situation. She called the owner and was talking to him on the phone in front of me. She proceeded to talk poorly of me to the owner and how none of this is her fault. She is very unprofessional in appearance and in dealing with customers. She treated me like trash and never took ownership of what happened. Bottom line, they couldn't fill my order and I had to change it. The next day when I went to pick up the order she was playing games on her ipad in full view of all the customers in the store. Heidi claims to have 16 years in the business. It really doesn't show. She sucks at her job. I will never go back there. They don't treat their customers right and are very unprofessional. I will recommend everyone to go to a different location. The owner told me that he will talk to her, but I know he did nothing. I guess he isn't worried about loosing customers.
